We are dedicated to transforming home improvement services and are seeking a meticulous and proactive Call Center Quality Assurance Agent to join our dynamic team.
This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our call center operations.
Job Responsibilities :
- Set up tracking systems for online marketing activities
- Auditing and scoring all telephonic communication
- Track results of call center production and report results to payroll
- Track progress with Marketing Managers and / or Marketing Specialists
- Track monthly / daily bonuses for Call Center Dialers / Confirmers
- Keep accurate records and documentation of Marketing Production
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data
- Monitor and adjust time cards for the Marketing department

Qualifications :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, email, email scheduling tools, internet, and internet-based applications

- Ability to interact with all levels of staff
