We currently have a great need for an HCA to assist a female client Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9a-1p. She is 95 years old and lives in a retirement community by Winchester Blvd in Santa Clara.
Duties / care include :
- Stand by / safety supervision. Is a high fall risk. Uses a walker or wheelchair. Needs hands on assistance at all times.
- Help with bathing and dressing
- Light housekeeping (I.E Laundry, making the bed etc.).
- Medication reminders.
- Meal Prep
- Needs a driver for errands and to appointments.
- She is deaf and uses hearing aides and amplifier.
- Some companionship to speak with her and join in on her hobbies (I.E crafting, reading, gardening).

We also have shifts that are daytime-evening, overnights, and weekday. A great need for weekend caregivers and drivers! Most of our clients are in San Jose, Campbell and Saratoga.
