The Program Analyst IV is responsible for collecting and analyzing data to evaluate operations and processes within the organization.
The role involves following established modeling and evaluation methodologies to assess the effectiveness of current activities, identifying issues, and developing strategic solutions.
This is a part-time position.
Compensation & Benefits :
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Program Analyst IV : $55.03 per hour. Pay commensurate with experience.
Program Analyst IV Responsibilities Include :
- Collects and analyzes data to evaluate operations and processes.
- Follows established modeling and evaluation methodologies to determine the effectiveness of current operational activities, isolate problems, and develop solutions.
- Coordinates one or more programs aligned with the organization’s mission and goals.
- Develops and implements programs that support organizational objectives.
- Manages or oversees events and programs as needed.
- Contributes to complex aspects of a program, both independently and collaboratively.
- Reports directly to a manager, ensuring clear communication of progress and results.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Program Analyst IV Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities Requested :
Minimum Education :
Bachelor's Degree required.
Experience :
4-7 years of experience in resettlement, resettlement program management, or monitoring and evaluation in a similar field.
Skills and Abilities :
- Strong ability to prepare business and technical documents, including letters, reports, reviews, and other materials for internal and external use.
- Familiarity with U.S. refugee resettlement policies and programs, with the capability to assess compliance with Welcome Corps program requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities :
- Support the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program by monitoring Welcome Corps program activities.
- Ensure transparent and effective execution of onsite monitoring visits.
- Conduct interviews with both sponsors and recently arrived refugees, followed by debriefings with Welcome Corps consortia staff.
- Draft written summaries and reports of activities from monitoring trips.
Other Requirements :
- Must be able to travel frequently, with trips lasting up to two weeks (though most are one week).
- Must pass pre-employment qualifications with Cherokee Federal.
- This position requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust .
- Nights and weekends may be required.
- Travel, domestic 10%.
- 100% Remote.
