Working with the Profit Center Leader, the Sales Coach is an entry level leadership role assisting new producers who are not validated, helping them to manage their book of business by providing individual and group coaching to improve sales effective ness.
The Sales Coach will assist with Sales Leadership infrastructure, Dynamics, Recruiting and new business goals.
The Sales Coach also provides individual and group coaching, develops and conducts workshops and webinars, and attends local and regional sales leader calls.
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Trains producers and other members of the sales force on sales skills
- Run projects designed to help the sales force improve organic growth, cross-sell, and account rounding
- Performs other related duties as assigned or required
- Travel to prospective clients with sales force
WHAT YOU'LL NEED :
- Actively licensed Commercial Lines Insurance Producer
- Experience in selling Commercial Property & Casualty coverages
- Professional consulting experience highly desired
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar CRM system
- Performance management and coaching skills experience
- Strong self-starter
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
