Overview :
Provides high level, more complex secretarial / administrative support to senior management employees or groups in the Bank
Primary Responsibilities :
- Prepare and arrange all Loan Committees for the Commercial Bank to include agendas, meeting packages and meeting minutes.
- Oversee the scheduling of all Committee Agendas for the Commercial Bank with attendance required at all meetings. All standing meetings are scheduled between the hours of 8 : 30 am 5 pm with the exception of a Senior Loan Committee held at 8 am every Friday.
- Adhere to applicable compliance / operational risk controls in accordance with Company or Regulatory standards and policies.
- Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
- Complete other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Required :
Associate's degree or equivalent in experience
4 years progressive secretarial / administrative support experience with demonstrated development of skills on-the-job
M&T Bank is committed to fair, competitive, and market-informed pay for our employees. The pay range for this position is $18.
57 - $30.95 Hourly (USD). The successful candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, and experience will inform their specific compensation.
