We are currently looking for a Travel Specialist that will be responsible for supporting our in-house travel department.
The position will be located at our corporate office in Austin, TX. Responsibilities :
- Responsible for booking corporate travel including airfare, car and hotel reservations for in-house corporate travelers
- Build relationships with airline, hotel and rental car agencies to provide efficient travel plans for the company executives and employees
- Compose correspondence, answer phones and e-mails
- Maintain corporate travel files and detailed data entry using Salesforce
- Ensure travel details are entered timely and accurately
- Assist in retrieving receipts when needed Requirements :
- Experience in itinerary planning and travel organization for large groups of people
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must thrive in fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
- Comfortable with change and ability to meet short deadlines Other Qualities We Look For :
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field (Preferred)
- Experience with travel booking software (Preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce and Google Docs
- Experience with various travel software programs (ie : Expedia or TripAdvisor)
- Patience and persistence
- Very detail-oriented, thorough and well-organized
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Reliability and dependability in terms of job attendance and performance
- Strong team player, but still enjoys working independently SCHEDULE : Friday - Tuesday : 11 PM - 7 : 30 AM CST What we can offer :
