Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
Onsite 3-4 days / week- Atlanta, Alpharetta, Charlotte or Houston
6 month contract
The types of Functions positions you will recruit for include business lines such as Ops, Actuary, Finance, Audit, ERM, IT Data and Digital and may also include business insurance roles.
- Org is going through changes- upscaling and trying to build new skills
- Her team is trying to be Less transaction based and more consultative / advisory - this is huge to her
- Haven't bounced around so much and have stability - someone who understands it is about long term relationships - not just fill job, move on- wants someone who understands the bigger scope of someone who maintains those relationships
- Will be on video a lot
- Recruiting for : Finance, Risk, HR, Audit no IT
- There is a chance this could go perm - 6 months for now
- Agency background, account management experience !!! Corporate experience is also helpful
- Workday is a plus
- No metrics they need to meet it is more quality than quantity
- PTO starting tomorrow 5 / 24 - Thursday 5 / 30
- Interviews : 2 rounds
What we're looking for :
Execution of Sourcing & Recruiting Strategy
Identify / clarify hiring specifications and competencies, document and confirm principal requirements
to ensure accurate and detailed job descriptions, and develop TA action plans.
Proactively source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates for open roles and effectively share
talent across peer or business groups.
Identify, plan, and attend internal and external networking events that will connect you directly with
talent as they arise.
Client Partnership Relationship Management
Build strong consultative relationships with HR Partners and Business Leaders, as well as other
Talent Team members in order to understand business priorities and anticipate staffing needs.
Develop robust partnerships among our organization including Diversity, Equity & Inclusion,
Compensation, Employee Resource Groups (ERG), HR Shared Services (HRSS).
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
At least 5+ years of work experience in a corporate recruiting environment and / or retained search firm
experience.
Experience with Workday Recruiting applicant tracking system is desired.
Experience owning client relationships and ability to manage large volume of search assignments.
Participate in organized Talent Acquisition Events (internally and externally).
Experienced in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Strong knowledge of basic employment law, OFCCP guidelines and HR practices.
Proven ability to identify opportunities and help drive TA process
