We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Salesperson to join our team in a hunter's position focused on expanding our presence in the cannabis hardware and packaging market, specifically for vape products.
This role is essential for building new relationships with potential clients and driving sales growth across various territories in the USA.
Key Responsibilities :
- New Business Development : Actively seek out and establish new client relationships within the cannabis sector, focusing on brands and retailers that require hardware and packaging solutions for their vape products.
- Sales Strategy Execution : Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to penetrate new markets and enhance market share for our advanced vaporization technologies.
- Product Expertise : Leverage your knowledge of cannabis hardware and packaging to provide clients with informed and effective solutions, highlighting product benefits and innovations.
- Market Analysis : Conduct research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive activities to refine sales tactics and approaches.
- Collaboration : Partner with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives with customer feedback and business objectives.
- Performance Reporting : Regularly report on sales forecasts, activities, and customer insights to management, contributing to strategic decision-making.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales, specifically in the cannabis industry, with a strong background in selling hardware solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to build new relationships and drive sales in a hunter capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of the cannabis market and its regulatory environment is essential.
Salary and Benefits :
- Salary : $70,000 - $90,000 DOE
