Our client, a global law firm is actively seeking a dedicated Legal Development and Education Assistant to join their dynamic team out of their Miami, Florida office! In this role, you will play a crucial part in the onboarding process for new hires, serving as the main point of contact for all learning and development for new hires.
The position involves handling various HR administrative tasks and providing essential support to the Learning and Development department.
Legal Development and Education Assistant Responsibilities :
- Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development department
- Assist in coordinating onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Manage data support tasks for new hires
- Maintain employee paper files and update employee information in HRIS
- Assist with the planning and organization of events
Legal Development and Education Assistant Requirements :
- 1+ years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required
- Proficiency in data management and Excel
- Experience with HRIS systems
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
