The Accounting Assistant position oversees the organizations financial responsibilities as outlined under duties.
The Accounting Assistant will include data entry and clerical tasks submitted by billing cycle deadlines, compiling and reviewing financial information, preparing financial paperwork, maintaining general ledger as relates to accounts receivables, accounts payable and monthly profit and loss statements.
To be successful in the position of Accounting Assistant, it is imperative that this individual be familiar with popular accounting software programs and have a firm grasp of basic accounting principles and practices.
The position requires a well-organized professional with an aptitude for numbers, who values productivity and accuracy.
Successful job performance will be measured with the ability to maintain viable final products (VFPs) as outlined in job description.
