We are seeking an experienced Principal Program Manager to join our Governance team, which is focused on measuring, upholding and improving the quality of the Selling Partner Experience.
You will be a natural self-starter who is comfortable supporting large, complex cross functional programs and will have a true hands-on approach, strong program management and analytical skills, and be an effective communicator.
You will partner with technical and non-tech teams on unlocking opportunities for our selling partners by breaking down and solving complex problems.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, skilled in the establishment of new processes, and will drive alignment across a global set of partner teams to enhance the Seller experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
