We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Vice President of Partner Marketing to join our leadership team. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this pivotal role will drive strategic marketing initiatives that fuel growth and engagement with our partners. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the B2B enterprise software landscape, with a proven track record in partner marketing and demand generation. In this opportunity as Vice President, Partner Marketing, you will :
Develop and execute a comprehensive partner marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives and drives measurable growth.
Cultivate and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key partners to enhance mutual growth and innovation.
Inspire and lead a team of partner marketing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development.
Work closely with the Partnerships and Alliances team, sales, product, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of partner initiatives.
Design and implement joint marketing programs, campaigns, and events with partners to drive demand generation, product awareness, and lead generation.
Utilize data-driven insights to monitor and analyze the performance of partner marketing activities, optimizing strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
Oversee the partner marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum return on investment.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep the partner marketing strategy innovative and relevant.
You're a fit for the role of Vice President, Partner Marketing if your background includes :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
12+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on partner or channel marketing within the B2B enterprise software industry.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
Strong experience in demand generation within the SaaS B2B industry.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
A strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including ABM, digital marketing, pipeline, and performance metrics.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful partner marketing programs that drive measurable results.
