Hands-on experience with complex back-office implementations. Leadership experience managing developers and admins. Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning framework, APIs. Experience with CPQ, e-commerce, data migrations, and acquisitions. Strong communication and analytical skills. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Dev I & II, Architect, Admin, Sales & Service Cloud). Familiarity with integration tools (ANT, Eclipse).

This senior leadership position reports to the CIO and is responsible for architecting and managing the company's multi-tenant Salesforce platform—covering Sales & Service Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, Data Cloud, B2B Commerce, CPQ, and Experience Cloud. The director oversees a team of Salesforce developers and admins, ensuring successful implementations, integrations, and daily support. This is a hybrid role - 2-3 days in office (CT or Chicago.)
