This senior leadership position reports to the CIO and is responsible for architecting and managing the company's multi-tenant Salesforce platform—covering Sales & Service Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau, Data Cloud, B2B Commerce, CPQ, and Experience Cloud. The director oversees a team of Salesforce developers and admins, ensuring successful implementations, integrations, and daily support. This is a hybrid role - 2-3 days in office (CT or Chicago.)

Lead platform development, troubleshooting, and production support.Drive integrations with other systems and maintain data integrity.Create reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.Identify automation opportunities and lead enhancements.Promote agile best practices and ensure solution quality.Collaborate with senior IT leadership to align Salesforce strategy with business goals.Requirements
5+ years as a Salesforce Solution / Technical Architect.Hands-on experience with complex back-office implementations.Leadership experience managing developers and admins.Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning framework, APIs.Experience with CPQ, e-commerce, data migrations, and acquisitions.Strong communication and analytical skills.Nice-to-haves
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Dev I & II, Architect, Admin, Sales & Service Cloud).Familiarity with integration tools (ANT, Eclipse).#J-18808-Ljbffr
