Project locations : 90% of work in Downtown Boston, 10% suburbs
Projects range up to $30M

Job Description
Manage day-to-day operations on interior construction sites, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to maintain high-quality standards.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and local building codes.
Conduct regular progress meetings with clients, architects, and project stakeholders.
Monitor project milestones and deliverables, resolving any issues that arise promptly.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and schedules.
Collaborate with project managers to align on project goals and expectations.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent - Downtown Boston Interiors should have :
Proven experience in managing interior construction projects in Downtown Boston
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication and leadership abilities to manage teams and liaise with clients.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
