The Product Marketing Manager will play a critical role in shaping how we bring our solutions to market, tell our story, and support our clients. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role will own go-to-market planning and execution, translate market and customer insights into compelling positioning and messaging, and drive cross-functional alignment. This position will be a key liaison between Marketing, Sales, Client Services, and Product, ensuring teams are equipped for success and customers realize the full value of Ludi’s DocTime® platform.
Key Responsibilities :
- Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution : Plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and GTM strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and growth. Align GTM cadence with product release schedules and business goals.
Sales Enablement & Client Support :
Create and deliver sales and client communication tools, including messaging, training, and other content (FAQs, presentations, webinars, etc.), that support internal product knowledge and long-term customer success.Track and audit development of product-related collateral for sales and client support, ensuring all materials are up-to-date as the product evolves.Ensure consistent, brand-alignment communication across all channels.Feedback & Metrics :
Research customers, competitors, and healthcare industry trends.Translate insights into product positioning, messaging, and roadmap inputs.Define and track KPIs for product launches and campaigns, iterating for improvements.Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Services to align deliverables with business outcomes. Contribute to building various end-user community resources to foster product engagement, knowledge, and advocacy. Education, Experience & Skills : Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field 5-7 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology Proven success in go-to-market launches and campaigns.Strong storytelling and messaging skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.Analytical mindset with experience using data to measure impact and inform strategy.Proficiency with sales tools / CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and in-app messaging tools.Excellent collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.Familiarity with EHRs, compensation platforms, or related healthcare technology is a plus.PMP certification is a plus, but not required.The position is a full-time remote position, but the candidate MUST reside in the United States.
