ServiceMaster CDR is looking for a high-energy, self-driven Restoration Business Development Manager to join our growing team!
What You’ll Do :
As a Business Development Manager you’ll be the face of ServiceMaster CDR—connecting with insurance agents, property managers, adjusters, and business owners to generate leads and grow our brand presence in the Westside Cleveland market . You’ll build genuine relationships, attend local events, host coffee chats or lunch-and-learns, and help make sure that when disaster hits, people know exactly who to call : YOU and ServiceMaster CDR.

A confident communicator who thrives on making connectionsSomeone who is familiar with sales in the Western Cleveland areaSomeone with a background in sales, marketing, or customer service (bonus if you’ve worked in restoration or insurance!)A go-getter who’s organized, goal-oriented, and ready to hustleComfortable speaking to groups and representing a professional brandA valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (you’ll be on the move!)You’ll Be :
Visiting insurance agencies, property management offices, and other referral sourcesAttending local networking events and trade showsHosting fun and informative presentations and drop-insTracking your outreach and success using CRM toolsWorking closely with our sales and service teams to create a seamless customer journeyWhat You’ll Get :
