Objective of the Role The Vice President of Marketing will be at the forefront of driving the strategic vision and execution of our client's marketing strategies. This role is pivotal in enhancing brand presence, engaging customers, and lifting overall sales performance, especially through eCommerce and digital advertising initiatives.

Ideal Profile The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the beauty or nutrition industry, combining strategic marketing leadership with hands-on experience in executing marketing initiatives. The candidate should be innovative, results-driven, and possess a strong ability to lead and inspire a team while also being agile in execution.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.

Manage all marketing operations including graphics, social media content, marketing collateral, SEO, and SEM.

Oversee eCommerce initiatives and digital advertising campaigns aimed at driving traffic and sales.

Guide and mentor the marketing team to achieve performance goals.

Collaborate with external PR agencies for social media and influencer marketing efforts.

Continuously evaluate market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, preferably in the beauty or nutrition sectors.

Strong strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively.

Proven experience managing a marketing team and overseeing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Excellent understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.

Ability to work in a hybrid mode, ideally located in the Denver area or willing to work remotely.

Strong communication skills and the ability to foster relationships with stakeholders.
