Responsibilities :
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization in administrative tasks.
- Oversee accounts payable processes, including timely and accurate payments and record-keeping.
- Coordinate automated payroll systems to ensure employees are compensated accurately and on schedule.
- Supervise and support office staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to optimize operations.
- Maintain financial records and assist with budgeting and expense tracking.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues.
- Collaborate with leadership to address organizational needs and implement improvements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Monitor office supplies and equipment, managing inventory and procurement as needed.
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and automated payroll systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
