Head Of Global Insight Sales For Emea And North America

The Head Of Global Insight Sales For Emea And North America Will Be Responsible For Leading The Sales Strategy And Execution For Our Global Insights Business Line Across These Regions. This Role Requires A Visionary Leader With A Strong Track Record In Sales, A Deep Understanding Of Market Trends, And The Ability To Drive Growth Through Innovative Solutions. The Successful Candidate Will Manage A High-Performing Sales Team, Engage With Key Clients, And Collaborate With Internal Stakeholders To Enhance Our Offerings And Market Position.

Responsibilities And Impact :

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Global Insights business line in EMEA and North America to achieve revenue targets and drive market share growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions that leverage S&P Global's capabilities.
  • Collaborate with product management, marketing, and research teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with product offerings and market demands.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client feedback to inform strategic decisions and identify new business opportunities.
  • Drive the adoption of innovative sales methodologies and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the sales team.
  • Report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic planning.

Compensation / Benefits Information : (This section is only applicable to US candidates)

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $176,306 to $252,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
