Accounts Receivable Analyst

A highly reputable global manufacturing company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their team! This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to B2B collections, processing payments, aging reports, utilizing NetSuite ERP, Excel, and much more!

Job Description :

• Promptly apply cash receipts against customer accounts for real-time account analysis.
• Monitor domestic and foreign customer orders and assist supervisors with actions for customers with credit issues.
• Create and manage Aging Reports to monitor balances and arrange collections proactively.
• Generate monthly Accounts Receivable summary reports and sales reports to assist supervisors with trend insights.
• Generate credit memos, approve them, and troubleshoot open return authorizations.
• Update customers' financial profile information and document issues as they occur.
• Manage the credit application process.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
