• About the Job

You’ll be responsible for :

• Carefully crafting
• _important court filings and supporting documents, including drafting family law pleadings, initial filings, Requests for Orders, ex parte paperwork, discovery, client declarations, stipulations, and temporary restraining orders.
• Expertly researching
• _statutes, case law, opinions, briefs, and other information needed for our cases.
• Assiduously following up
• _ on correspondence with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.
• Vigorously representing
• _ clients and their interests in court.
• Requirements
• Must have a Juris Doctorate Degree from an ABA accredited law school
• CA State Bar License, required
• Certified Family Law Specialist, preferred but not required
• Experience handling detailed discovery requests and comprehensive court paperwork, like declarations.
• Comfortability multi-tasking and being our lead attorney's point of contact.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is : $150,000 - $185,000, but ultimately will depend on experience.
