Location : Tampa, Florida

Duties :

Conduct client consultations and gather necessary information

Analyze and research bankruptcy-related legal issues

Prepare and file bankruptcy petitions and related documents

Represent clients in 341 meetings and confirmation hearings via Zoom

Draft and respond to motions and pleadings

Maintain consistent follow-up and communication with clients

Participate in client meetings, phone calls, and emails

Contribute to a collaborative and respectful office environment

Requirements :

Relevant legal experience (bankruptcy experience preferred but not required)

Strong client service orientation

Comfortable working in a highly client-intensive practice

Committed to long-term employment in a stable, team-oriented setting

Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently

Education :

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications :

Active license to practice law in the State of Florida and in good standing

Skills :

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Strong analytical and legal research skills

Proficiency in managing client expectations and delivering quality service

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Compassionate and empathetic approach to client interaction

No billable hour requirements
