Bookkeeper

Overview

We're seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper with at least 5 years of experience to support our evening operations. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for counting and verifying daily collections, preparing cash profit for the next business day, and ensuring all bookkeeping reports are accurately balanced and reconciled. Your work will play a vital role in maintaining financial integrity and supporting smooth day-to-day operations. This is a part-time job that for an evening shift and may have some weekend shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

Minimum of 5 years of professional bookkeeping experience

Strong understanding of cash handling and reconciliation procedures

Proficiency in bookkeeping software and spreadsheets (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)

High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Ability to work independently during evening hours and flexibly on weekend
