Overview
Join a mission-driven law firm as Manager of Business Development & Marketing – Hybrid in Washington, D.C. Salary range : $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year. Actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive growth and increase market share.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Utilize CRM systems, preferably InterAction, to manage client information and interactions, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Develop and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing and web content creation, to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
- Create, manage, and distribute high-quality marketing materials to support business development efforts.
- Ensure all business development and marketing activities align with the firm\'s goals and objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Provide detailed data reporting on business development and marketing activities, tracking performance, and making necessary adjustments to strategies.
- Uphold the highest level of confidentiality in all business dealings and client interactions.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and marketing within the legal industry.Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably InterAction, and Microsoft Office Suite.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset and the ability to think critically and solve problems.Experience in email marketing, web content creation, and the production of marketing materials.Knowledge of data reporting and analysis.Demonstrated ability to uphold the highest level of confidentiality.Why join us
