What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead daily shipping operations with Marine Department and cartage drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
  • Coordinate with production and logistics teams to optimize load schedules
  • Monitor inventory levels and shipping documentation for compliance
  • Drive continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Train and support team members to meet performance and quality standards

What Are We Looking For

  • Aggregate background preferred
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to guide a team effectively
  • Proven ability to manage logistics and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
  • Proficiency with shipping systems and basic computer applications
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and adapt to changing priorities

    • Work Environment

    This role operates in a manufacturing and shipping environment with exposure to outdoor conditions, heavy equipment, and varying temperatures. Safety gear and adherence to safety protocols are required.
