Located in Windsor, WI

Production Lead - 1st and 2nd Shifts

We are looking for Production Leads in Windsor! In this job, you'll perform assembly and production operations for winding tanks, direct daily shift activities, and provide supervisory support to meet production schedules in a dynamic water treatment environment. We are seeking candidates with previous manufacturing / assembly experience, intermediate mechanical aptitude, and leadership potential.

Schedules :

1st shift Monday-Friday 6am-2 : 30pm

2nd shift Monday-Friday 2pm-10 : 30pm

Pay : $25-28 / hour, based on experience

Responsibilities and Requirements :

• Manufacturing / assembly experience; intermediate mechanical aptitude
• Ability to operate / maintain production equipment and perform inspections
• Knowledge of ISO standards, safety procedures, and hazardous materials handling
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excel; basic shop math (percentages / ratios)
• Licensed forklift operator; material handling experience
• Ability to lift 45 lbs, maneuver 55-gallon drums, and stand for extended periods
