Key Responsibilities
Analyze data to understand customer and employee trends and communicate strategies to business leaders
Lead inspection points related to complex selling using reporting and technology
Support direct-to-consumer market leadership with targeted plans to close performance gaps
Required Qualifications
3 years of management / leadership experience in business, military, or related fields
3 years of experience managing and analyzing financial, customer, or employee data
2 years of multi-unit management experience (preferred)
Previous experience coaching selling skills related to premium and specialized products (preferred)
