About the Role

We're looking for a Growth Intern to help us experiment with viral, organic, and community-driven growth tactics for the startup side of our business model. This role is about hacking distribution whether that's launching campaigns on X, building creative event partnerships, or sparking word-of-mouth in the startup ecosystem. You'll get to test ideas fast, measure what works, and double down on the channels that help Truewind break through.

Think of it this way : you're helping us find the levers that make Truewind spread and we'll give you room to experiment.

What You'll Do

Growth Experiments

• Brainstorm and test organic / viral growth campaigns across social, community, and events
• Experiment with X / Twitter growth loops, memes, and lightweight content drops
• Track and analyze experiment results, sharing learnings with the team
