About the Role

As a Growth Associate at Salient, you’ll work alongside our growth, product, and engineering teams to make sure customers love and adopt our solutions. You’ll analyze data, support experiments, improve customer facing experiences, and help optimize the systems that drive our activation, retention, and expansion. You’ll get exposure to both strategic initiatives and hands-on execution, and you’ll play a key role in how Salient scales.

What You’ll Do

Support and execute growth initiatives across onboarding, adoption, and retention.

Analyze product and customer data to uncover insights and propose improvements.

Help design and run experiments (A / B tests, user flows, messaging tweaks) to improve activation and conversion.

Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to scope and deliver customer-facing improvements.

Gather customer feedback through surveys, calls, and usage analytics to inform growth priorities.

Document and share playbooks, metrics, and lessons learned to scale growth efforts across the team.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of professional experience in consulting, banking, startups, or a similar analytical / business -focused environment.

Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (SQL, Excel, or BI tools).

Curiosity about how products grow and willingness to dive into details.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across teams.

High ownership mindset - eager to take initiative and learn in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

Experience at a high-growth startup or exposure to growth-related projects.

Familiarity with SaaS, fintech, or AI-driven products.

Prior work running or supporting growth experiments.

Basic technical skills (SQL, Python, or lightweight coding) to support analysis.

As an early-stage company building at the frontier of AI, we work with high intensity and commitment. While schedules can vary by role / team, many weeks will demand extra focus, flexibility and time particularly during major launches and high impact sprints. We're seeking those who are aligned to and able to commit to that expectation which includes 4 days per week in our San Francisco Office.

Compensation Range : $110K - $165K
