TEC Group is helping a law firm client look for a Personal Injury Attorney to join a growing law practice based in Naperville. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience handling personal injury cases and be ready to take ownership of their own caseload.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a range of personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial
  • Conduct depositions, mediations, and court appearances
  • Work closely with clients to guide them through each stage of the legal process
  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in personal injury law
  • Licensed to practice in Illinois and in good standing
  • Strong negotiation and litigation skills
  • Excellent client communication and time management
