What this job involves : The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of commercial real estate properties, ensuring optimal building performance, tenant satisfaction, and operational efficiency while maintaining cost-effectiveness and compliance with all regulations. Duties :

Provides daily leadership and direction for the efficient operations and maintenance of all facility electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safety

Develop and maintain positive client relationship

Conflict resolution and solution analysis

Provides contract compliance management and quality control

Responsible for JLL Engineering compliance program

Preparation of detailed budgets for Facility Manager as requested

Preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports

Required Qualifications :

Provide leadership and direction for the efficient operations and maintenance of all facility electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safety, including finishes and furnishings​

Responsible for oversight of multiple airport lounges as assigned, coverage including responding to urgent issues off hours and weekends. Inspections of lounges (travel estimated at 50%)​

Provides contract compliance management and quality control

Responsible for JLL Engineering compliance program​

Preparation of detailed budgets for operations

Preparation of regular and ad-hoc reports

Work order CMMS management including but not limited to evaluation and timely response to work requests, dispatching of resources and resolving within KPI required timelines

Proficiency with CMMS and MS Office software.

Preferred experience in Corrigo.​

Any and all other duties and tasks assigned

Preferred Qualifications :

3 Years Trade or 3 Years Engineering encouraged

Applicable codes, laws and regulations

Ability to effectively use computers and computer programs (including use of Microsoft Office Suite)

Skill in use of the internet to navigate to and use web based applications.

Ability to use handheld electronic devices (PDA, Blackberry, cell phone, etc.)

Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar

Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction

Ability to bend, sit, knell, squat, stand, reach and lay as required to access equipment

components for extended periods of time.

Estimated compensation for this position :

130,000.00 - 156,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
