We partner closely with Product, Technology, Supply Chain, Sales, and Partnership teams to provide innovative solutions that support third-party sellers and business operations. What You'll Do

• Analyze and Execute Business Plans : Lead the execution of key business initiatives by identifying operational needs, setting priorities, and collaborating across teams to meet goals and deliver value.
• Generate Actionable Insights : Extract, analyze, and interpret data using SQL, Python, and other tools to provide insights that drive decision-making for speed-to-customer and cost-to-serve metrics.
• Enhance Process Efficiency : Drive continuous improvement by reviewing current processes and identifying optimization opportunities that improve operational performance.
• Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Product, Tech, Supply Chain, Sales, and Partnerships teams to align strategies and solutions.
• Adapt to Change : Lead transition efforts for new initiatives, identifying challenges, assessing risks, and ensuring smooth implementation across the organization.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

The minimum qualifications for this position are :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 4 years' experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area OR 6 years' experience in retail merchandising, operations management, or related area.

The preferred qualifications for this position are :

Leading cross-functional teams, Supervisory experience.
