The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Business Manager to join our Retail team, focused on delivering client growth and retention, driving operational excellence, and supporting Flywheel's continued expansion as the leading Digital Commerce Solution. This role requires established ecommerce experience in the Retail Media space, strong project and client management skills, and a passion for supporting brands to achieve their business goals.
As a Senior Business Manager, you will work alongside the Client Services and Leadership teams across all media functions. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, collaborative, results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your goal will be to support client business growth across retail opportunities, ensure high client satisfaction, and contribute to the development of our internal team.
What You Will Do :
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities to drive incremental value for clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of retail clients, ensuring strong performance against client goals and resolving client issues proactively.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow revenue with existing clients, aligned with their growth objectives.
- Support the execution of Flywheel Digital's strategy, contributing ideas to scale operations effectively and efficiently.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Flywheel by sharing market insights, supporting internal training initiatives, and representing Flywheel at industry events, client meetings, and webinars.
- Ensure teams have the necessary training, resources, and professional development to succeed and deliver value to clients daily.
- Contribute to maintaining team motivation in a hybrid work environment.
- Identify and implement ways to improve operational efficiency, optimizing delivery quality and supporting work / life balance.
- Participate in hiring, team structuring, and account resourcing decisions as needed.
- Travel may be required based on client needs.
Who You Are :
7+ years of experience in eCommerce across digital commerce retailers, intermediaries, or similar industry roles.Strong knowledge of e-commerce retail and / or media (search, display, video, social, etc.).Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Team player, eager to contribute to Flywheel's overall success.Experience in project management, with demonstrated ability to mentor and support junior team members.Strong business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Results-driven, with a strong customer focus.Experience presenting to and influencing stakeholders at various organizational levels.Adaptable to changing environments with a proactive, can-do approach.Independently motivated, intellectually curious, and a quick learner.
