Role Overview :
As the Operations Manager, you will oversee and streamline day-to-day operations across all aspects of our production, logistics, and supply chain processes. Your expertise will ensure that we maintain the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while optimizing our resources and processes.
You will collaborate closely with the production, marketing, and customer service teams, ensuring that our operations align with the company’s goals and values. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in food production and supply chain management, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operational Management : Oversee and improve daily operations, ensuring smooth production schedules, timely deliveries, and high-quality standards.
- Team Leadership : Lead, train, and motivate a team of operational staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Supply Chain Management : Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and distributors to ensure timely procurement of materials, inventory management, and cost efficiency.
- Process Improvement : Identify opportunities for process optimization to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain product quality.
- Quality Control : Ensure that all food products meet regulatory standards and our company's strict quality guidelines.
- Budget Management : Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost controls and adherence to financial objectives.
- Reporting & Analytics : Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide reports to senior management on operational performance, challenges, and progress.
- Customer Satisfaction : Work closely with customer service to resolve any operational issues that may impact customer satisfaction.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Food Science, or a related field.5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food industry or a related field.Strong knowledge of food production processes, Food safety, HACCP compliance, supply chain management, and quality control standards.Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire teams.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Experience with operational software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, project management tools).A passion for gourmet food and commitment to high-quality standards.Why Join Us :
