Description

We are hiring a Material Planner at the Steelcase Wood Plant to... optimize product distribution and inventory planning. You'll coordinate shipments, analyze demand trends, and collaborate across teams to ensure customer satisfaction. If you're passionate about logistics, lean practices, and driving efficiency, we'd love to meet you.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Analyze material maintenance, repair and operations items to ensure operations is functional
• Coordinates and expedites maintenance and repair items with suppliers, logistics, and operations to meet operation's needs.
• Works collaboratively with Maintenance, Materials, and Supplier Management regarding supply chain issues and Lean Improvement projects.
• Maintains and manages inventory on hand and systematically, product coding and material master records. Analyzes and dispositions slow moving and obsolete inventory
