We are seeking a User Experience Lead who will shape our design philosophy and ensure that our solutions are intuitive, user-friendly, and transformative. This role blends creativity, strategic thinking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities User-Centered Design : Lead the design process by developing a thorough understanding of user needs, preferences, and behaviors through research, user interviews, and usability testing
Design Strategy : Establish and advocate for a design strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances user experience across all digital platforms
Wireframing and Prototyping : Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders and development teams
Collaborative Development : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other key stakeholders to ensure that designs are implemented effectively and maintain visual integrity and usability
Design Systems : Help establish and maintain a design system that consists of style guides, component libraries, and best practices to ensure consistency across products
Usability Testing & Feedback : Conduct usability tests and synthesize feedback to iterate and refine designs based on real user interactions
Mentorship & Leadership : Mentor junior designers and advocate for a culture of user-centered design thinking within the organization
Requirements Experience : A minimum of 5 years of experience in user experience design, interaction design, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions
Research Skills : Proficient in various user research methods and usability testing techniques, with the ability to analyze and synthesize findings effectively
Design Tools : Expertise in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar software
UI / UX Design Principles : Deep understanding of UX / UI principles, usability best practices, and the ability to apply them to create engaging user interfaces
Project Management : Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and meet deadlines effectively
Soft Skills : Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for working as part of a team and advocating for the user
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
Experience with HTML, CSS, and front-end development practices
Familiarity with agile methodology and working in cross-functional teams
Knowledge of accessibility best practices and standards
