We are seeking a User Experience Lead who will shape our design philosophy and ensure that our solutions are intuitive, user-friendly, and transformative. This role blends creativity, strategic thinking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• User-Centered Design : Lead the design process by developing a thorough understanding of user needs, preferences, and behaviors through research, user interviews, and usability testing
• Design Strategy : Establish and advocate for a design strategy that aligns with business goals and enhances user experience across all digital platforms
• Wireframing and Prototyping : Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders and development teams
• Collaborative Development : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other key stakeholders to ensure that designs are implemented effectively and maintain visual integrity and usability
• Design Systems : Help establish and maintain a design system that consists of style guides, component libraries, and best practices to ensure consistency across products
• Usability Testing & Feedback : Conduct usability tests and synthesize feedback to iterate and refine designs based on real user interactions
• Mentorship & Leadership : Mentor junior designers and advocate for a culture of user-centered design thinking within the organization
