Shift : MondayFriday, days, with weekend rotation and on call as needed

Job Description :

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking an experienced Home Health RN for a contract assignment in The Villages, FL. This role focuses on patient-centered care in a home environment, requiring strong clinical skills and accurate OASIS documentation. Nurses will manage a caseload while maintaining independence in the field.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform patient admissions, assessments, and follow-up visits

Complete OASIS documentation with accuracy and timeliness

Deliver skilled nursing care including wound care, medication management, and IV therapy

Educate patients and families on health conditions and home care practices

Coordinate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team

Qualifications :

Current Florida RN license

Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, including 1 year of home health

Proficiency with OASIS and Homecare Homebase required

BLS certification (current)

Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and auto insurance

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
