THE OPPORTUNITY
We are successful if our students build the knowledge, skills and confidence that will enable them to change the world. Achieving that goal requires an incredible team, and our Director of Talent Management will play a pivotal role in our efforts to attract, develop, and sustain the talent required to do this important work. They will play a lead role in building DC Prep’s adult culture through onboarding and celebrations, and support the performance management cycle for non-instructional staff. This person’s portfolio of work will be multi-faceted, requiring outstanding listening and collaboration skills.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Talent. A full-time, 12-month role, the nature of this role requires travel across DC Prep’s 6 campuses; it may periodically require attending early morning or evening meetings. This is an exempt role (i.e., not eligible for overtime).
