We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant with experience in intellectual property litigation or general litigation to join our top-tier Intellectual Property Litigation team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and respected group handling sophisticated IP litigation matters across the country. Key Responsibilities Include :

• Drafting, formatting, and proofreading a variety of legal documents, including pleadings and legal correspondence.
• Managing e-filing and service of pleadings and discovery in federal courts.
• Coordinating matter intake, including conflict checks, invoice processing, and reimbursement submissions.
• Scheduling and organizing meetings, both virtual and in-person, including logistics and prep materials.
• Supporting attorneys with project coordination, document organization, and administrative follow-up.
• Keeping calendars up-to-date and handling a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks to keep things running smoothly.
• Pitching in on special projects as needed.

The estimated starting pay range is $24 - $39 / hour. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
