Job Title : Order Management Specialist
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Specialist to join our team on a contract basis. This role is responsible for executing the end-to-end order management process—from order entry to fulfillment—while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience working cross-functionally with sales, logistics, and customer support teams, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
Review, assess, and accurately enter customer orders.
Monitor and manage order backlog to ensure timely fulfillment.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and contract terms throughout the order process.
Provide shipping and billing instructions aligned with customer agreements.
Communicate order status updates with internal teams such as Sales, Applications, Manufacturing, and Logistics.
Identify and categorize order processing defects, and take corrective action as needed.
Escalate issues that impact the ability to meet customer commitments.
Support the integration of new products and services into the order management process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill complex or multi-product orders.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
2+ years of experience in order management or customer service.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint .
High attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data.
Pay Details : $30.00 to $33.00 per hour
