Position Overview / Responsibilities for the Digital AEM Content Specialist :
Modify and manage HTML snippets, jQuery libraries, system stylesheets, and CSS within the CMS
Work with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to publish and maintain web pages, while supporting ongoing CMS migration efforts
Support Adobe Test & Target initiatives, creating custom code overlays for A / B testing and site recommendations
Ensure promotional messaging and content updates are executed on time across digital platforms
Troubleshoot content publishing issues and collaborate with teams to implement timely fixes
Translate Photoshop and Figma files into authorable, component-based pages within the CMS
Publish and update copy and promotional content across the retail website
Implement ongoing updates and enhancements across the multi-platform digital ecosystem
Plan page structures and collaborate cross-functionally with UX, marketing, and development teams to ensure alignment on projects
Optimize digital content based on analytics, user testing, and A / B testing insights to improve customer engagement
Ensure content meets ADA compliance and SEO best practices to enhance site performance and accessibility
Resize and export graphics for web and mobile use as needed
Required Skills for Digital AEM Content Specialist :
Strong experience with content management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
Familiarity with Adobe Test & Target (or similar A / B testing tools) and experience applying temporary code modifications
Understanding of e-commerce content workflows, promotions, and digital merchandising
Experience working cross-functionally with design, UX, and development teams to implement digital content updates
Proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, and other design tools for content production
Ability to edit, modify, and troubleshoot jQuery libraries and system stylesheets
Knowledge of SEO best practices and ADA compliance for web content
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
