Position Summary :
This position : (a) supports the Enterprise Logistics team in all aspects of the Onsite Women's Health ("OWH") business regarding mammography and peripheral location and equipment installations, de-installations, and equipment moves; and (b) Assists with all imaging equipment daily issues and repairs, physicist scheduling for said repairs, weekly reporting, tracking, and maintenance scheduling / events.

Primary EFT Responsibilities
Provide input for construction / room planning drawings and installation packets for new locations as needed.Work closely with OWH Enterprise Logistics team members on all installationsWill customarily and regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment to execute successful equipment installations in accordance with OWH specifications. Including but not limited to :Hanging artwork, mirrors, coat hooks, etc.Assemble and install furniture and accessories as neededAssemble and install Computers and ancillary gear and connect to OWH NetworkInstallation site clean up and close outAssist with ordering, packing and shipping logistics for all equipment and supplies associated with each installation, when needed.Communicate with both internal teams and external vendorsCoordinate and execute all repairs and physicist inspections that apply to said repairsMaintain weekly reports and event tracking via SmartsheetCoordinate all maintenance events with OWH and Client personnelOther duties as requiredEducation and Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience with computers (hardware and software), networking, and general IT functions. (Printers, routers, some wiring, etc)General Construction knowledge helpfulElectrical knowledge helpfulMedia technician (i.e., cable or satellite) experience helpfulMust have strong interpersonal skillsMust be adaptable and able to think and act quickly to ever-changing prioritiesAbility to remain calm in challenging environmentsTravel Requirements
Extensive overnight travel will be required up to 75%Must be able to coordinate and plan travel to and from projectsMust maintain a company credit card and submit expense reports per company requirementsPhysical Requirements
