The Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager, Lifecycle to drive Engagement, Retention, and long-term Lifetime Value strategies for our growing customer base. You will be the first Product Manager on the team and have a blank canvas to establish the discipline while tackling the opportunities in front of us. You are always curious, and never satisfied bringing a blend of highly analytical approaches with a creative lens, willing to try and test new tactics.
The Product Manager will partner with game development, CRM, growth, marketing, community, and platform teams to provide a data and market-driven view of retention and engagement strategies that align with business goals. As part of the Publishing team, we use our gaming expertise to identify and drive growth levers to acquire, engage, and retain our customers utilizing content, events, product features, and full funnel acquisition / reacquisition strategies.
What You'll Do
Oversee the entire customer product lifecycle, including content offering, subscription pricing, messaging strategy, content events, platform features, and iteration based on user feedback and key performance metrics. This includes creating user stories and providing peer leadership to cross-functional partners to get things done.
What You Bring
Proven experience developing long-term strategies and product roadmaps, setting OKRs, defining, running, and measuring experiments, and working collaboratively with peers on cross-functional teams.
