We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Assistant to join our client’s team in Mission Valley, CA. This role offers the opportunity to support key accounting functions with a focus on accounts receivable, reconciliations, and special projects. The anticipated pay range for this role is between $25-$31 an hour.

Responsibilities :

• Manage accounts receivable, including cash applications and collections (priority on collection calls).
• Perform accurate bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Communicate with internal teams and clients to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
• Support month-end close processes, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Assist with special projects and accounting clean-up tasks.
