Key Responsibilities
Lead a team to deliver global broad-based compensation programs and provide strategic support to corporate functional teams
Manage compensation policies, ensuring consistency in job architecture and pay banding frameworks across the organization
Design incentive programs and drive change management strategies and training initiatives related to compensation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
12 years of progressive experience in compensation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proficiency in data modeling, compensation tools, Excel, and HRIS (Workday preferred)
Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills
Demonstrated success in managing enterprise change and global program implementation
