The Assistant Store Manager at Cosentino's Sunfresh #156 is a key leadership role, responsible for supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations. This role involves planning , decision making , and problem solving to achieve store goals.

Responsibilities :

Assist the Store Manager in management of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Provide exceptional customer service , resolving customer issues and building relationships.

Oversee

• merchandising
• and sales floor presentation, ensuring products are attractively displayed.

Participate in

Coach and mentor store associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Utilize communication skills to effectively convey information to staff and customers.

Assist with forecasting and inventory management to minimize waste and maximize profitability.

Demonstrate leadership by motivating and guiding the team to achieve sales targets.

Effectively utilize problem solving skills to address operational challenges.

Contribute to planning and execution of marketing initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

3-5 years of experience in a retail management role.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Demonstrated ability in customer relationship management .

Strong interpersonal communications skills.

Proven ability in

Valid Driver's License.

General knowledge of operations management.

Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications :

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Experience in business to business sales.

Experience with negotiation .

Experience with presentations .
