Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Therapist at Golden Roots Therapy. The Therapist will be responsible for conducting therapy sessions with clients of varying ages, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Some remote work is allowed, but the role is primarily based in Mahtomedi, MN.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting therapy sessions with individuals of all ages
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting
• License to practice therapy in Minnesota
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field
• Experience in working with diverse populations
