Responsibilities
Build solutions for internal and external projects using Power Platform, perform root cause analysis, manage communications, and maintain client relationships in partnership with team members.Develop and maintain Power Platform application systems in test and production operations, including identifying and troubleshooting issues and facilitating issue resolution or escalation.Ensure all production changes follow lifecycle methodology, version control, testing, and risk guidelines; act as an internal expert on the assigned system and track changes to the base system.Deliver high-quality service and support to various levels of internal users; conduct technical and analytical work in developing, designing, and analyzing technical solutions for clients; assess new software products and solutions.Participate in client needs assessments, evaluate hardware and platform availability, and determine software requirements.Work with internal and external clients to identify application and analytical requirements.Design and develop applications and solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Office 365 services.Implement custom solutions that leverage various Microsoft Power Platform and Office 365 services.Document processes and procedures used to create and maintain applications.Perform business analysis to identify opportunities for business improvement.Lead special projects, including delegation and validation of tasks to other team members.Liaise with IT teams regarding applications and data governance, and maintenance of the data warehouse including security, privacy, and user management concerns.Perform unit testing on work completed and liaise with QA regarding system, integration, and user acceptance testing.The above is intended to describe the general contents and requirements of work performed by people assigned to this classification. Qualifications

This position is hybrid with travel / onsite requirements. To be successful at PCG, you must :
be available during your set working hourshave a safe, private, and distraction-free environment in which to complete your workbe able to give your full attention to the completion of your PCG job dutiesSome travel to the office or elsewhere may be required for team meetings, client meetings, etc. We are accepting applications on an ongoing basis until filled. As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role : $75,000-115,000.
Compensation : Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
