Job Description

Plan, direct, and manage federal construction projects from initiation to completion. Ensure all projects meet federal guidelines, safety standards, and compliance requirements. Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines. Prepare and review budgets, schedules, and project plans to ensure alignment with client expectations. Identify and mitigate potential risks to keep projects on track. Monitor project performance and implement adjustments as necessary to meet goals. Communicate progress and updates to clients and senior management effectively. Maintain accurate documentation and records for federal audits and reviews.

The Successful Applicant

A successful PM Federal should have :

• Experience managing construction projects, particularly within the federal sector.
• Strong knowledge of federal compliance and safety standards.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• A degree or certification in construction management, business, or a related field is preferred.
